Restorative Care Pathway

A short-term, clinically focused program designed to maintain or regain functional ability, reduce or prevent functional decline, and delay higher-level care. It provides intensive allied health and/or nursing services for up to 16 consecutive weeks with funding per episode.

Make Your Plan Go Further With an AHA

At Empower, we are always looking for new and innovative ways to meet our client’s needs. With that in mind, we are launching a new Allied Health Assistant service to support our clients while optimising their available funds which allows for increased treatment frequency, extended multidisciplinary support or the use of their funds for other purposes.

By switching across to an Allied Health Assistant, you can optimise each plan by up to $1,517.23 within a three-month period.

HomeLink is our hybrid physiotherapy and AHA service model designed to deliver quality care in the comfort of a participant's home. In this model, a Physiotherapist leads the initial assessment via a secure video link, while a skilled Allied Health Assistant (AHA) provides the essential physical presence in the room to support safety and communication.
